Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Returns Eligibility

1.1 Items Eligible for Returns:

Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. In saleable condition (unless received damaged or defective). With all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

1.2 Items Not Eligible for Returns:

Gift cards, personalized or customized items, perishable goods, items categorized as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable".

2. Returns Process

2.1 Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our support team will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2.2 Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your returns. Please include the RMA number on the return packaging to facilitate the processing of your return.

2.3 Refund or Exchange:

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exchanges will be processed based on the availability of the desired item(s). If the requested item(s) is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

2.4 Refund Processing Time:

We strive to process refunds within 5 business days after receiving the returned item(s).

Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and your bank's processing timelines.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

3.1 Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation (e.g. photos).

Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue by arranging a return, exchange, or refund.

3.2 Reimbursement of Return Shipping Costs:

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will reimburse the return shipping costs. Please retain the receipt as proof of the shipping cost.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Order Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard Returns Process mentioned above.
